Yale is part of the ASSA ABLOY Group, the global leader in access solutions. Yale was seeking a trustworthy digital signage solutions provider as well as a robust and scalable digital signage system to help them deliver best-in class customer experiences in their new smart stores across Southeast Asia. A superior digital signage system that enabled central management was needed to facilitate the effective delivery of branded content in diverse locations.

Challenge: As Yale was already using an existing CRM system, it was a tedious task to switch to a new CRM provider and onboard both existing and new stores to the new platform.… Hence, it was imperative to find a technology partner who could handle the complexity of the project, deliver the creative vision of Yale, and confidently deploy and support the system.

Solution
Several solutions were proposed for Yale to create a digitally immersive environment that was visually attractive, informative and encouraged customer engagement. These solutions not only helped to meet the immediate needs of Yale; they also offered flexibility and scalability to support future expansion needs.
Scala designed, procured and installed more than 30 screens in 15 new Yale smart stores. The screens display product videos of Yale solutions, providing customers with a detailed understanding of the product features and benefits

Initially, Yale reached out to Scala to find out more about its content management system. They were impressed with the range of Scala retail solutions, as well as the professionalism and helpfulness of the Scala team. Yale appointed Scala as their technology partner to help make their creative vision a reality.
